How do you create a marketing campaign for a local nonprofit while also honoring and supporting the national organization’s specific messaging? This was our challenge from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland, which provides supportive services to children in northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
Our team developed the campaign “Here. Now.” Aligning with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America tagline “Great Futures Start Here,” this theme focuses on the future being here. It says that now is the time and place for kids to grow together through the spirit of community involvement, leadership, volunteerism and learning. But it also communicates that “here” is more than just a moment in time or a place on a map –here is now, whenever and wherever Boys & Girls Clubs have the opportunity to change the lives of young people in our community.
Work for this campaign included a website redesign , print ad, display banners and direct mail.
Flint Group and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland won the celebrated “Outstanding Marketing & Communications” award from Boys & Girls Clubs of America Great Plains Area Council, which includes all clubs in Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota. It’s an honor to receive this prestigious award.
