Intern: Creative Writing

PART TIME

FARGO, ND

Love words? So do we.

If you’ve ever rewritten a headline just for fun, crafted the perfect caption, or believed the right phrase can change everything, this might be your summer.

Flint Group is looking for a curious, Creative Writing Flintern to join our Copy Team for Summer 2026. You’ll collaborate with experienced copywriters, contribute to real client work, and team up with fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit; from strategy to final deliverables.

Yes, you’ll write real campaigns. Yes, you’ll get paid. And yes, there’s #FlintFun along the way.

Show Us Your Perspective

Before anything else, we want to see how you think. Tell us why you want to be a writer by creating an ad for yourself.  Make it memorable, make it clever, make it you.

It could be:

  • A sharp headline and visual concept

  • A short video

  • A poem or song

  • A bold self-promo campaign

  • Or something entirely unexpected

Use words and creativity to sell your greatest product: you.
