Flinternship Requirements

In order to be eligible for a Flinternship, you must:

  • Currently be attending college
  • Have enough credits completed by the beginning of the internship to be considered at least a junior

Flinternship: Account Services

Flint Group is in the market for a client-minded Flintern to join our Account Services team January – May 2020 for an average of 15-20 hours a week.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide project management/account coordination support for the account team
  • Manage databases and input information, data and records
  • Act as liaison between the account manager and other internal departments
  • Manage media reports
  • Take client requests as allocated
  • Support photo management team
  • Other account duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • Junior or senior status in college, working towards a degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • Interest in account services as a career
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve client requests
  • Have the initiative to over-deliver
  • Professional in the workplace
  • Positive attitude and excited to learn
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Broad knowledge of marketing and advertising through classes or prior experience
