Complete with a mobile-friendly site, visitors guide, and social media marketing strategy and training, we created an online environment where an ever-growing fan base of visitors, potential visitors, locals and community businesses get and exchange information about the best spots to shop, dine, play and stay. The website also includes a unique, interactive event planner tool that allows users to plan and manage their events.
Analytics since website launch indicate a substantially better user experience. The average visit duration has increased by 40 percent on desktop and 67 percent on mobile, which means people are spending more time on the site. They are also visiting more pages during their visits, with a 14 percent increase in pages per visit on desktop and a 54 percent increase in pages per visit on mobile. In addition, the bounce rate has decreased by 14 percent on desktop and 45 percent on mobile.
