		<description>I think the experience an intern gains in a job setting is invaluable. It helps him/her understand exactly what happens on a daily basis. Whether it is deadline realities, what happens on the other side of creative, or furthering their design senses, the internship benefits tremendously. Without that part of a curriculum, I think a fresh, new designer is naive. 

It is also great to see what happens to those that we had beneath our wings. I hope that their experiences were positive. Each new intern I work with introduces me to new things and I learn with them.</description>
